If your files exceed the WordPress upload limit (see uploading files) or are not one of the allowed file types, you may store them on Google Drive, which provides free storage space that can be accessed from anywhere on the web.
Now that Williams is using Google Mail, everyone automatically has access to Google Drive through their @williams.edu email account. Go to http://drive.google.com/ and log in using your @williams.edu username and password.
Drag and drop the files you’d like to upload into your browser window. You can upload multiple files at once.
After the files are done uploading, right-click on a file (or control+left click on a Mac), and choose Share… –> Share…
Change “Who has access” to “Public on the web.” Then copy the “Link to share” to use for creating a link in your WordPress page/post editor.
